Appointments & Booking

Payments

Sage HeadSpa does not accept health insurance as payment for Services.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We require advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation policies, fees, and no-show charges are disclosed at the time of booking and may vary by location or service.
Failure to cancel within the required time frame or failure to arrive for an appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee charged to the payment method on file.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Client Responsibilities

- Follow pre-care and post-care instructions provided by Sage HeadSpa
- Conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other clients
- Use Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Sage HeadSpa reserves the right to end a Service immediately if client behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.
Health Disclaimer
- Spa services involve physical contact and the use of topical products. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You voluntarily receive Services at your own risk
- You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if you have health concerns
- Sage HeadSpa is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse results when proper disclosure is not made
Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards, packages, and promotional offers:
- Are non-refundable unless required by law
- Have no cash value
- May have expiration dates or usage restrictions as disclosed at purchase
- Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of Sage HeadSpa.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage HeadSpa and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
