The Sage HeadSpa was founded by Emily Condle and Desarai Mannelly, two beauty professionals who combined their expertise in skin and hair care to create a more intentional approach to scalp wellness.

Emily Condle, a licensed esthetician, began her career in 2011 with a focus on advanced skin and scalp care. Through years of experience in clinical and luxury beauty environments, she developed a strong belief that the scalp deserves the same level of professional attention as the skin. At Sage, Emily leads the development of treatment protocols, product research, and the clinical standards that guide every service.
Desarai Mannelly, a master cosmetologist, built her career in professional salon environments where she developed a deep understanding of how scalp health directly impacts hair strength, growth, and overall vitality. Her hands-on expertise helps shape the practical side of Sage’s treatments, ensuring every service balances technical precision with a deeply restorative experience.
Together, Emily and Desarai created Sage to bridge the gap between clinical scalp care and restorative relaxation. By combining esthetic knowledge with professional hair expertise, they built a philosophy centered on scalp health, intentional care, and long-term results.
